BRANDING:
As part of a social media growth case study, I played a key role in revitalizing my company’s Instagram presence, which had been active since 2019 but struggled to gain meaningful engagement. Serving as both a designer and co-coordinator of the social media team, I collaborated closely with teammates to redefine the page’s visual identity, content strategy, and audience approach.
Together, we developed a more cohesive and intentional content system, leveraging innovative graphic elements, consistent branding, and strategic storytelling to better connect with our audience and reflect the company’s expertise in architectural signage and construction.
These efforts transformed the account into a community-driven platform rather than a static showcase. By prioritizing eye-catching visuals, clear messaging, and audience interaction, the Instagram page experienced steady growth—reaching 1,000 followers within four years—demonstrating the impact of a thoughtful, design-led social media strategy.

DELIVERABLES
Managed the company’s social platforms while also handling the full creative process—capturing original photography and videography, then editing and curating content tailored for engaging social media posts. Which blended strategy and storytelling to maintain a consistent brand presence across platforms.
CHALLENGES:
Developing a consistent content system that accurately reflected the company’s visual identity, brand voice, and personality, while maintaining flexibility across different content types.
Establishing and maintaining a reliable content cadence, balancing quality, relevance, and engagement within a specialized architectural signage and construction niche.
Managing content production for multiple platforms—including Instagram and LinkedIn—alongside demanding project timelines, requiring strong prioritization and time management to keep content timely and effective.
GOALS & METRICS
Create informative and engaging content that increased awareness and appreciation for the signage and construction industry, with success measured through follower growth, engagement rates, and community interaction.
Expand the content mix to include behind-the-scenes features, project highlights, educational tips, and client spotlights, with metrics focused on reach, shares, inquiries, and audience growth.
Maintain consistent activity on existing platforms while laying the groundwork for future platform expansion, tracking platform-specific engagement and cross-platform growth as long-term indicators of success.

Branded Social Graphics:
I designed a series of custom social graphics for the company’s Instagram and LinkedIn platforms to reinforce a distinct, recognizable brand identity while remaining engaging and approachable. Each asset was crafted to align with the company’s tone, values, and visual language, using consistent color palettes, typographic systems, and playful graphic elements.
The designs were optimized for platform-specific contexts, ensuring clarity and impact across feeds while maintaining visual cohesion between channels. This approach helped establish a unified and recognizable online presence, increasing the content’s appeal, shareability, and audience recognition.
